With this research is to understand how the right strategy with the literature review method in dealing with events that occur in running a business. Where the Product is not sold in the market because the market does not respond to the Product being offered or the Product is unable to compete and Product demand increases, but the Product is not fulfilled properly because Production capacity is limited. Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategy to increase sales in retaining consumers, when demand decreases or increases. There are no studies that discuss these events simultaneously. So this study focuses on strategies to overcome these incidents. The method used in this research is to identify Product life cycle techniques supported by mix marketing techniques. The results of this study show that there are strategies to manage the business to be able to survive for a long time. And from the research results, hopefully it can help MSMEs in carrying out their activities so that they can reduce the risk of failure.
