Perbandingan Metode Simple Additive Weight, Weight Product, dan TOPSIS Dalam Pemilihan Guru Berprestasi

In determining teachers who are deserving of outstanding teacher awards, sometimes it is not easy to make decisions and choose them. In this study, teacher performance evaluation was compared using Simple Additive Weight, Product Weight, and Topsis. The findings from this comparison are aimed at determining the best method in selecting outstanding teachers in order to obtain an optimal solution. Multi-criteria decision support system methods include SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), WP (Weighted Product) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) but these three methods will produce different measurement values so that to see the best method it is necessary to compare it empirically. Using the SAW method, the highest rank is Pujianto, S.Pd with a value of 40.64. By using the WP method, the highest rank is Pujianto, S.Pd with a value of 0.218268. By using the TOPSIS method, the highest rank is Tiyas, S.Pd with a value of 0.927. The results above show that the SAW and WP methods are very suitable for making decisions in selecting outstanding teachers, compared to using the TOPSIS method which is less suitable in selecting outstanding teachers.
