The Bekasi Terminal area experiences acute urban issues, with temperatures reaching 36°C (urban heat island), routine flooding, intermodal conflicts, and damaged, non-inclusive sidewalks. This research aims to formulate a terminal design concept that integrates the values of Tawazun and Falah with the Human-Scale TOD and Green-Blue Infrastructure approach. A descriptive qualitative method is applied through urban design analysis (Lynch, Gehl, Jacobs), microclimate mapping (sun, wind, drainage), and public activity mapping on a 12-hectare site. The results formulate four strategies: continuous pedestrian networks that prioritize pedestrians; massive vegetation and wind corridors to lower temperatures; a natural drainage system (permeable pavement, biopores) to tackle flooding; and the integration of transportation modes to minimize conflicts. Through this framework, Bekasi Terminal transforms into a cool, green, and just urban node, while also serving as a prototype of Islamic-based sustainable urban development that can be replicated.
