This research is entitled An Analysis of Code Mixing Found in Deddy Corbuzier Podcast. The data source of this research was taken from one of Deddy Corbuzier’s Podcast with Reza Arap and Arief Muhammad. The purpose of this research is to find out the types of code mixing used in Deddy Corbuzier’s Podcast with Reza Arap and Arief Muhammad by using the theory of code mixing from Muysken (2000) and to analyze the factors that influence the use of code mixing by using theory from Eunhee (2006). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study found 88 data of insertion, 1 data of alternation and 1 data of congruent lexicalization..
