Pelatihan Dan Pendampingan Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Komputer Melalui Program Pengembangan Diri Guna Menciptakan Kepercayaan Diri OSIS Di SMK YPUI Parung

Abstract

Technological developments require students to possess adequate digital literacy and computer skills to meet the demands of learning, organizational activities, and the workplace. This community service activity aimed to improve the computer skills, technological understanding, and self-confidence of the Student Council (OSIS) members at SMK YPUI Parung through training and self-development assistance. The activity was conducted through material presentations, demonstrations of learning and modern applications, hands-on practice, discussions, and participant mentoring. The materials focused on technological developments, the appropriate use of computers, and the importance of technological competence in supporting organizational duties. The results showed that participants gained a better understanding of technological developments and the benefits of digital applications. They also improved their basic computer skills for learning and Student Council activities. Furthermore, the training and mentoring increased participants’ self-confidence, learning motivation, and interest in developing information technology competencies. Therefore, this activity positively contributed to the readiness of Student Council members to perform their duties more effectively, quickly, and accurately and to face future technological developments.
