Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economy while facing increasing demands for digital transformation. Dodol Pak Oyod (H. Murad), a traditional food MSME located in Ciakar Village, Panongan District, Tangerang Regency, has utilized Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for marketing, but its ordering and sales-data management processes have not been optimally integrated. This community service program aimed to improve the partner's capability to use a web-based e-commerce application for digital marketing, online ordering, transaction recording, product management, and the utilization of sales data to support sales forecasting. The activity employed presentations, a pre-test, demonstrations, guided practice, application trials, discussions, and a post-test. It was conducted on May 4, 2026 at the Ciakar Village Head Office and involved six participants and four committee members. The evaluation showed that the participants' average score increased from 52.5 in the pre-test to 85.8 in the post-test, representing a 61.18% increase. The reported achievement of practical training indicators reached 100%. The introduced system provides a dashboard, product categories, product management, order management, and a sales forecasting feature. These results indicate that the training improved the partner's basic knowledge and skills in using e-commerce applications. Further activities should strengthen electronic payment integration and consistent use of transaction data to support production planning.
