Integrasi Instalasi Listrik Dan Optimalisasi Elektronika Di Mushola Al-Barkah

Comfort and safety in public worship facilities play a crucial role in supporting congregational devotion and the smooth execution of community religious activities. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to address fundamental issues related to the electrical system and thermal comfort at Al-Barkah Prayer Room, Pondok Benda Village, Pamulang. Based on initial survey results and field observations, partners faced potential safety hazards due to unshielded and chaotic wiring networks, dim lighting levels caused by aging fixtures, and high room temperatures resulting from malfunctioning fans. The implementation method was systematically designed through three main stages: preparation (location survey, material needs analysis, and coordination with the DKM), execution (rewiring and upgrading electrical installations according to PUIL standards, replacing 10 Philips 19 Watt LED lighting points, and adding 2 turbo fan units), and evaluation (technical testing and partner satisfaction survey). The results showed a comprehensive transformation, in which the electrical network is now protected inside conduit piping to prevent short-circuit risks, lighting levels have increased significantly and are evenly distributed across all prayer rows, and air circulation has become cooler. This program successfully enhanced worship comfort and safety while educating the local DKM management on facility maintenance.
