Digital transformation in education requires adaptation not only in the learning process but also in school management and administration. This community service is driven by the need for educators and educational staff at SMK “Tunas Kemajuan” to improve the efficiency of administrative work in the office. This activity is a form of fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by a Lecturer from Universitas Budi Luhur Jakarta. The implementation method includes intensive training on the use of ChatGPT to support office work, carried out in the school's computer lab with direct mentoring by two students as facilitators. Post-training evaluation was conducted through in-depth interviews to measure participants' understanding and perceived benefits. The results show that the training successfully improved digital literacy and work efficiency in drafting correspondence, summarizing documents, and managing administrative data. Participants stated that the integration of ChatGPT can significantly cut down the time required for administrative tasks.
