Leptospirosis is a disease caused by the bacterium Leptoslira. Banteri that can be transmitted from animals to humans. The spread can be through the urine of infected animals Leptospirosis disease increases during floods. Labuhan Ratu urban village in Bandar Lampung is one of the urban villages affected by flooding during high rainfall. An understanding of this disease is needed by the community, especially members of Majelis Taklim Miftahul Jannah in Labuhan Ratu Village. This is to be more vigilant in dealing with floods. The pre-test results of the Community Service Participants were 63.37. The post-test results showed an increase with a score of 90. These results prove an increase in understanding of Community Service participants by 26.33 points. The existence of this service is expected that members of Majelis Taklim Miftahul Jannah, Labuhan Ratu Village can understand the knowledge about leptorspirosis disease and the information obtained can be disseminated to the community in Labuhan Ratu.
