Along with progress in this century, security system technology for monitoring must also continue to develop, including in the field of maintenance, especially ornamental fish in aquariums. In the busyness of keepers between their daily activities and their desire to continue to care for ornamental fish, sometimes keepers experience difficulties in dividing their time. Keepers also often forget to feed their fish in their daily activities, causing the death of the fish they keep, also their desire to see the beauty and condition of their fish experiences difficulties because they cannot always be at home. Then the solution to solving the problem of the difficulty of keepers in maintaining their ornamental fish is to create a fish diet security program and monitor the condition of ornamental fish with telegram message commands that are integrated with IoT. The method for developing the system used is Engineering Engineering for a microcontroller prototype tool which is given a program through the Arduino IDE software so that it can control and monitor which is integrated with IoT so that it can be reached via a mobile phone, telegram message. The results of the program made are expected to be appropriate because the program created has two core functions, namely security in the fish diet aimed at protecting fish from death due to starvation, the function of both programs is to see the full condition of the aquarium with cameras for monitoring keepers and can be reached wherever the user's location is because The program is already integrated with IoT.
