Klasifikasi Penyakit Bercak Daun Pada Tanaman Gandum Menggunakan Metode Convolutional Neural Network

Wheat leaf diseases such as yellow rust and powdery mildew are very harmful to wheat yields worldwide. It is important to detect these diseases as early as possible so that losses can be minimized. In this work, we have used lightweight convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and Transformer-based methods to detect wheat leaf diseases under complex environmental conditions. In the first study, we tried several lightweight CNN models, such as MobileNetV3, ShuffleNetV2, GhostNet, MnasNet, and EfficientNetV2. These models were trained using different learning methods and achieved the highest accuracy of 98.65% using MnasNet and a fine-tuned learning rate. The second study focused on detecting yellow rust with UNET Segmentation and Swin Transformer classification methods. They achieved 95.8% accuracy in the field without manual intervention. These studies created a complete pipeline, including finding and delimiting wheat leaves from a complex background. They used YOLOv8 to quickly find leaves, then performed Segmentation and classification. The results showed that the combination of Segmentation, lightweight CNN, and Transformer techniques can handle leaf disease detection in nature with different backgrounds. This system has high accuracy and good efficiency for use in the field. This method can help the development of smart agricultural applications by accelerating and facilitating automatic detection of wheat leaf diseases. Using technologies such as Convolutional neural networks, Transformers, and Segmentation to overcome complex backgrounds.

Diseases in chili plants are a serious problem that can significantly reduce crop yields and production quality, making early detection essential to assist farmers. This study uses a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) approach with Transfer Learning methods to classify diseases on chili plant leaves. Infected chili leaf image data is processed and trained using a pre-trained CNN model to improve classification accuracy, even with limited data. The results show that this approach successfully identifies various types of diseases on chili leaves with a high level of accuracy. This approach is expected to be an effective solution for the agricultural sector to achieve faster and more efficient plant disease detection.

This study aims to understand the age distribution of educators in four provinces in Indonesia, to identify potential age gaps. The methods used are quantitative and descriptive statistical analysis, using data from the Ministry of Education and Culture portal in 2023. Analysis includes measures of centralization and deployment, as well as visualization of data. The results of the study show that private education personnel are dominated by the age group of 26-30 years, with a significant difference in the number of teachers in public schools compared to private schools. This study provides recommendations related to the management of educators, especially recruitment and regeneration, as well as avoiding the age gap between regions. These findings can be an input for policymakers in managing educator resources in Indonesia.

The diversity of the age of educators in Indonesia affects the quality of education in each region. The uneven age distribution, with a shortage of productive teachers and an increasing number of teachers approaching retirement, is a challenge in equalizing the quality of education. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis to analyze the age distribution of educators in four provinces: South Kalimantan, West Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara, and Bengkulu. Data from KEMENDIKBUDRlSEK 2023 were analyzed using SPSS to calculate the mean and median, presented in tables, histograms, and frequency polygons. The results of the study show significant differences in the age distribution of educators and the imbalance in the number of teachers and students in several provinces, which have an impact on the quality of education. This study provides important insights for more effective education policies by considering the age distribution of educators.

The automatic device itself offers us not have to do the activity repeatedly, but the repetitive activity has been done with the automatic device. One of them is a fish feed system based on the Internet of Things. Challenges arise when the owner is busy with his activities while required to provide fish so that the fish continue to grow properly. Therefore this research was conducted to overcome the problems that arise when the owner cannot provide feed directly or provide feed at the right time because he has other things to do. NodeMCU can be used as a tool to receive input and output of a sensor and as a device that can connect to the internet because NodeMCU is equipped with an ESP8266 chip, by adding a servo motor as a feed aid, and the Blynk application for scheduling media, then feeding can be done and scheduled remotely.

This research aims to develop a decision support system that supports the appointment process of permanent employees from contract employees using the TOPSIS method. Given the importance of having quality human resources, an objective and efficient selection process is needed to ensure the quality of employees. The criteria used in this research include attendance, performance, discipline, loyalty, offense, length of service, and last level of education. The TOPSIS method was chosen due to its ability to analyze alternatives based on distance to positive and negative ideal solutions. The evaluation results show that this system can provide appropriate recommendations in determining employees who are eligible to be appointed as permanent employees, with a high level of accuracy. This research concludes that the application of a TOPSIS-based decision support system is very effective and recommended for use in the employee selection process in a corporate environment.

The research aims to determine the effect of several concentrations of egg yolk as an effective natural cryoprotectant for cryopreservation and to analyze the quality of lukas fish spermatozoa (Puntius bramoides Val) 48 hours after cryopreservation. This research used a 9 treatments and 4 replications. The concentration of egg yolk used as a cryoprotectant was 0% (negative control), 5%, 7%, 9%, 11%, 13%, 15%, 17%, and 1% Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) was used as a positive control. The results showed that the use of several concentrations of egg yolk as a natural extracellular cryoprotectant was able to significantly influence (P<0.005) the quality of Lukas fish spermatozoa 48 hours after cryopreservation. The use of egg yolk concentration of 9% is the optimum concentration in maintaining the viability of Lukas fish spermatozoa with the average percentage obtained each being 80.75 ± 1.55%.

The manual process currently in use has proven to be ineffective, prone to errors, and time-consuming. This research aims to develop a web based SPD & RDK application system using the prototype method. This method was chosen for its ability to produce a system that meets user needs through an iterative process involving direct user feedback. The development results show that the designed application system can automate the management of SPD and RDK, from creation and verification to reporting, thereby reducing manual errors and improving work efficiency. This web-based system also facilitates easier and more transparent access between units within the Bawaslu Institution.

The expert system for diagnosing tomato plant diseases using the web-based forward chaining method in West Lampung Liwa was created to identify the symptoms of tomato diseases and solutions for handling tomato plants, providing solutions to farmers for dealing with tomato plant diseases, to implement the forward chaining method in the diagnosis process diseases that exist in tomato plants based on predetermined rules. An expert system for diagnosing tomato plant diseases using a website-based forward chaining method is designed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database which in the final stage can function to make data processing easier, for the implementation stage it uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which can analyze input and data output. The forward chaining method is drawing conclusions based on existing facts leading to that conclusion using the IF part of the IF-THEN rule. Clinics are health service facilities that provide individual health services providing basic or specific medical services. Medikatama Nusantara Clinic and have not been optimal in the use of information technology in some of their work systems, one of which is the registration section which still uses paper-based bookkeeping media. This causes several obstacles that often prevent clinic staff or clinic management from obtaining information related to registration data and medical records. Based on the problems faced, the writer concludes the formulation of the problem, namely, how to make a system to store patient data to make it better. The purpose of this research is to develop a clinical information system for patient data at the Medikatama Nusantara Clinic, which currently does not have an information system. The system development method used by the author is Rapid Application Development. RAD is a systems development strategy that emphasizes speed of development through extensive user involvement in construction, fast, iterative and incremental. Based on the research that has been done, the authors can conclude that the patient registration information system makes it easier to store patient data and staff can work well. In addition, this patient registration information system makes it easier to report patient data because the input data has been recorded automatically and is running well.

This method is the right choice in multi-criteria decision analysis that is effective in dealing with the complexity of consumer preferences. For this reason, the author implemented an application that allows more structured analysis, so that it can facilitate communication between companies and consumers to more accurately understand consumer preferences. In the current system, recording is still done manually, this causes difficulties for employees and owners in making reports on drug stock data, because of the increasing amount of drug data. The final result of this research is a pharmacy information system product. With the pharmacy information system created, it is hoped that data searches, making drug stock inventory reports can be done more easily and relatively quickly.

In developing machine learning models for small datasets, choosing the right method is key to producing accurate classification. This research applies the Single Layer Perceptron (SLP) algorithm to classify a small dataset with three main features, namely Feature1, Feature2, and Feature3. The SLP algorithm is used to learn patterns in the data, with model evaluation using the k-fold cross-validation technique. This technique ensures each piece of data is used as test and training data in turn, to obtain more accurate evaluation results. In addition, the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm was used to find the optimal K parameter value to improve the accuracy of the model. This study used 13 sample data to train and test the model.

Improving the quality of education often requires a deep understanding of the factors that influence student performance. This research uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm to analyse data from the ‘Student Performance Factors’ dataset available on Kaggle to identify the influence of variables such as study time, attendance, and family support on student academic outcomes. The analysis process went through a preprocessing stage, including identifying missing values and converting numerical variables into categorical variables. The results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a good ability to predict student performance, with a fairly high accuracy rate. Factors such as family support and study time intensity are the main indicators that influence the prediction results. Model evaluation was conducted using accuracy, precision and recall metrics, to ensure the reliability of the results. The conclusion of this research is that the Naïve Bayes algorithm can be effectively used to support the analysis of student performance in an educational context. By understanding the key factors that influence learning outcomes, the findings can be utilised to design more appropriate strategies to improve the quality of education.

In the context of used motorcycle selection, this process involves evaluating various aspects such as engine condition, kilometers traveled, year of manufacture, brand and price. The VIKOR method is used to rank a number of used motorcycle alternatives based on these criteria, which are the main considerations for potential buyers. The use of a Decision Support System (DSS) is considered an effective solution to assist in determining the best used motorcycle choice.

Laptops are now an important need in various fields such as business, education, communication and even entertainment. However, damage to laptop devices cannot be avoided. An expert system that uses the Forward Chaining approach to diagnose software and hardware problems on laptops is one solution that can be done. The method used in this research is qualitative by collecting data through several methods, namely observation and literature study. The data contained in this expert system consists of laptop symptoms and damage obtained from the author's personal experience, forums and communities, as well as from various other sources of information such as journals, books and the internet. The system development method in this research is the forward chaining method, which focuses on building information from the bottom up. This process begins by matching current facts with predetermined rules and then generating new information based on the logic contained in those rules. The results obtained from testing in this study show that 91% of users consider this application useful for diagnosing damage to laptops.
