The compliance level of student in traffic dicipline refers to the extent to which students adhere to traffic rules and regulations while driving or walking on the road. This study aims to determine the traffic compliance level of Bangka Belitung University students according to Law No. 22 of 2009. The research employs an empirical juridical method with a sociological legal approach and qualitative descriptive analysis. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling with the Maximum Variation Sampling technique. The results show that the compliance level of Bangka Belitung University of this study indicate that the level of compliance level Bangka Belitung University students falls within the Identification scale. Among 379 student surveyed. 184 admitted to violating traffic rules under urgent circumstances, and 120 cited negligence, placing 304 students within this scale. Twenty-six students were on the third or highest scale, Internalization, and 87 students were on the first scale, Compliance, indicating violations due to the absence of traffic police. Field observations also confirmed tat many Bangka Belitung Universitystudents do not comply with traffic regulations within the campus environment. Therefore, active participation from both the police and the university is needed to bridge this issue and create traffic discipline.

Decision No. 379/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.PGP is the decision of the Pangkalpinang District Court which decided the Narcotics crime case. The legal facts stated that the convict had been convicted in the same case and had fulfilled the elements as intended in the regulations regarding recidivism in the Narcotics Law, but this was not implemented in the judge's considerations or in his decision. The aim of this research is to determine the imposition of criminal sanctions on perpetrators who repeat narcotics crimes and how appropriate criminal sentences are imposed on perpetrators in terms of the principle of legality. The research method used is Normative Juridical legal research, while the approach used is the case approach. The research results show that Decision number 379/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.PGP still requires better judge consideration, because the decision does not consider the element of the convict's actions as a repetition of crimes based on the Principle of Legality. The convict was sentenced to 6 (six) years and 6 months in prison, where the sentence was lighter than the previous sentence, in Decision Number 44/Pid.Sus/2016/PN PGP, namely imprisonment for 7 (seven) years. Article 144 paragraph (1) of the Narcotics Law states that a recidivist must receive a heavier sentence. However, the article regarding recidivism was not included in the judge's considerations, even though if it was adjusted to this article, the perpetrator could receive heavier sanctions, namely the maximum penalty increased by 1/3. This shows that the decision does not apply the principle of the Principle of Legality.

Bullet development media is a media bullet developed by hendra ( 2014) made of plastic balls filled with second aid rubber and then wrapped in nylon cloth and covered with jean cloth so that it has a weight of 500g in diameter of 10.5 centimeters..It's useful to help the trainees in the process of learning bullet resistance..This research was used to determine if there was a media effect on the use of bullet development on spin-style bullet resistance and to know how much the use of a media development of bullets can affect spin-style bullet resistance. This is a research experiment with capital one group pre-experimental design with a design pretest-posttest design and provide treatment to know the effects of media use results of bullets with the total sample 16 students.Data is collected from pretest and posttest conducted in students the medina class 5 mi balong ponorogo.The analysis of the data suggests that the normality pretest 0,065 & gt; 0,05 and post-test 0,067; 0,05 & gt.The value of homogeneity ( sig p. ) 0,074 & gt; 0,05 and results show that the t t 11,784; t16 2,145 & gt, and the sig.0,000; 0,05 & it.The research shows that the second set berdistribusi normal and homogeneous.The results show that that the t ha accepted or process of treatment impact significantly by 26,17 %. With the result, the treatment using media development bullets exert influence over the capacity dismisses bullets style spin class 5 mi balong ponorogo the medina.And impact of 26,17 % than prior to treatment. Given the importance of physical education as a means to improve skill and learning spirit, then the related party is expected to provide more facilities in order to support the training activity of physical physical health exercise (counselers) at teaching activities.

Pengaruh Leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Manajemen Laba Terhadap Tax Avoidance Dengan Ukuran Perusahaan Sebagai Variabel Kontrol

This research examines the influence of leverage, profitability, and earnings management on tax avoidance, with firm size as a control variable. The population used in this study consists of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The sample selection was done using purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 50 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, and the data collection method is documentation. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis, which was analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this study conclude that leverage does not have an effect on tax avoidance. However, profitability and earnings management do have an effect on tax avoidance. This study has limitations, namely in the testing of this research, the sample size was determined using specific criteria (purposive sampling). Additionally, the use of outlier processes in the normality test reduced the amount of data available. The results of this study are expected to enhance understanding and insight regarding tax avoidance and the influence of leverage, profitability, and earnings management on tax avoidance. Additionally, this research is hoped to serve as a consideration for lawmakers in clarifying the provisions in the taxation regulations as stated in Law No. 36 of 2008.
